Jared Kushner’s high-powered DC lawyer Abbe Lowell has been duped for the second time this week by an email prankster posing as President Trump’s son-in-law and adviser.
On Monday, Lowell responded to a fake Kushner missive regarding “adult content” in emails allegedly shared with White House officials, Business Insider reported.
Lowell told “Kushner” to preserve the emails.
And then Thursday — in the wake of reports that the real Kushner had used an undisclosed private email server to conduct White House business — the chair of the Senate Intelligence Committee sent Lowell an email asking why Kushner had not revealed that to Senate staffers in an interview.
The committee is investigating Russian meddling in the 2016 election.
Lowell, who could not be reached for comment Thursday, apparently forwarded that email to the phony Kushner address.
