SAN ANTONIO — Former President George W. Bush and former First Lady Laura Bush are celebrating the arrival of their first grandchild.

Jenna Bush Hager, 31, gave birth to Margaret Laura Hager — who is to be called “Mila,” the family said — Saturday night in New York City.

Jenna’s husband, New York investment banker Henry Hager, was a staffer in the Bush White House.
