Meet the lone Amber Heard supporter in court today
By Elizabeth RosnerFAIRFAX, Va. -- When Amber Heard and Johnny Depp's trial wrapped shortly before 5:15 p.m., a sea of the actor's fans were outside the courthouse waiting to catch a glimpse of him.
But the only apparent Heard supporter in the Fairfax, Virginia, courtroom Wednesday was 23-year-old Kylie Putnam, who carried an "I believe her" sign and pink care package for the actress.
"People don't realize this isn't just about Amber Heard," she told The Post during the lunch break. "It's insane [they] don't understand the cultural implications of this trial."
The Minneapolis resident had arrived at the Fairfax County Courthouse at 1 a.m. to wait in line with scores of Depp fans in order to be able to get in and back the actress in court.

She carried dozens of little goodie bags to hand out to other Heard supporters -- but there were none.
"Amber Heard has to look at the person that abused her and on top of that the world hates her," Putnam said.
"I don't keep up with pop culture and I was looking for a way to help Amber and no one was doing anything," she added. "I would never have been here if there weren't Depp fans."
Putnam said she is appalled by the toxic fandom and vile comments directed at Heard on social media.
"I think it's weird to treat this trial as entertainment -- waiting in this line to get in the courtroom is like waiting at Coachella or the Warped Tour," she said.
After being at the trial for two days, Putnam wants to extend her trip since she is the "only person" present who supports Heard.
"I feel like I can't leave," she said, adding that Heard "deserves at least one person who believes and supports her."
