Jurors in Massachusetts mom Lindsay Clancy’s murder trial could be forced to look at gruesome autopsy photos of the three children she allegedly strangled with exercise bands — with her anguished husband expected to be called to the stand, court documents show.

Prosecutors are also aiming to show chilling videos and photos from inside the family’s Duxbury home taken after the 35-year-old mom allegedly carried out the heartless slayings on Jan. 24, 2023, and take jurors on a walk-through of the house, according to motions filed last week.

The distressing 911 phone call her husband, Patrick, made could also be played at his wife’s July trial.

And prosecutors are also requesting that prospective jurors be questioned individually on intimate details about their mental health history, including whether they’d ever been institutionalized or knew someone close who had.

The prosecution’s motions still await a judge’s ruling.

Lindsay, a former nurse, allegedly strangled kids Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and 8-month-old Callan before slicing her own neck and wrists and jumping out of a second-story window at her home.

Patrick found his wife lying outside their home after he returned from picking up dinner for the family.

He was on the phone with a 911 dispatcher when he finally discovered his slain children in the basement, each with an exercise band around their necks, which he removed by the time first responders arrived.

As the police headed down the stairs, he was heard wailing, “She killed the kids!”

Prosecutors argued that Lindsay showed “extreme atrocity and cruelty” when she killed her kids.

But the twisted mom, now a paraplegic, has claimed she was overmedicated and suffering from severe postpartum psychosis when she committed the monstrous act.

She plans to ask a jury to find her not guilty by reason of insanity.

Lindsay’s criminal defense attorney did not immediately respond to The Post’s request for comment.
