Justin Timberlake’s DWI mugshot shows him with red glassy eyes after he was busted for allegedly running a stop sign and weaving out of his lane in the Hamptons early Tuesday.

The married superstar, 43, had allegedly enjoyed a booze-fueled dinner with pals at the American Hotel in Sag Harbor, LI, before he got behind the wheel of a 2025 gray BMW just after midnight and was almost immediately stopped by officers in the tony enclave.

The former NSYNC star claimed to cops that he’d only had “one martini,’’ but a witness told The Post that Timberlake was “wasted’’ — to the point where he picked another man’s drink off the table and drank it when the guy went to the bathroom.

Officers at the scene reported that “his eyes were bloodshot and glassy, a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was emanating from his breath, he was unable to divide attention, he had slowed speech, he was unsteady afoot, and he performed poorly on all standardized field sobriety tests,’’ according to the criminal complaint.

Timberlake, who has acknowledged having issues with “excessive drinking’’ in the past, refused to take a Breathalyzer test — three times, authorities said.

The officer who arrested him had no idea who he was, sources said.

Timberlake was arraigned in Suffolk County court later Tuesday morning on a charge of driving while intoxicated and for violations involving the blow stop sign and failing to stay in his lane and released.
