Kanye West made a brief shock appearance in at Sean “Diddy” Combs’ sex-trafficking trial Friday morning in a display of solidarity for the disgraced Bad Boy Records mogul.

The erratic rapper — who recently changed his name from “Ye” to “Ye Ye” — strode into the Manhattan federal courthouse around 11:10 a.m. alongside one of Combs’ sons, drawing screams and shouted questions from bystanders.

When the Grammy Award-winning artist was asked by a reporter if he was there to support fellow rapper Combs, he gave a slow nod.

“Yes,” West said.

He didn’t respond to questions about whether he’s been following the trial or if he would testify on Combs’ behalf.

The surprise cameo lasted about 50 minutes, as West made for the exits once reporters caught wind that he was watching testimony from the front row of a 23rd-floor overflow room.

The “Jesus Walks” rapper was not allowed into the main courtroom because his name was not included on a list of Combs’ friends and family that was required to be submitted in advance, a courthouse source told The Post.

He wore a white denim jacket, white denim pants and donned black framed sunglasses throughout his fleeting appearance at the courthouse.

The “Gold Digger” rapper left with Combs’ son Christian Combs and security guards, ignoring questions as he slid into a black Mercedes that disappeared into Lower Manhattan traffic.

The stunt by the Hitler-loving West is only the latest twist in Combs’ bombshell sex trafficking and racketeering trial.

It followed Thursday’s shocking testimony by “Jane,” an anonymous social media influencer ex-girlfriend of Combs, about a mysterious famous rapper she described as an “icon in the music industry.”

The unidentified rapper — whom Judge Arun Subramanian ruled against unmasking, over Combs’ lawyers’ objections — had thrown a January 2024 Las Vegas birthday party for his girlfriend that Jane testified she attended.

Jane, who dated Combs for three years until his arrested that September, testified that the mystery rapper told her, “I’ve always had a crush on you.”

He also said “he always wanted to blank me,” Jane recounted for jurors.

The unnamed rap icon and his girlfriend “were doing kind of similar things” to Combs sexually, Jane testified.

Jane, at one point during the rapper’s Sin City party, brought up one of the escorts she and Combs allegedly regularly hired, “Sly.”

“They were asking if I knew anyone within the ‘lifestyle.’ They were saying that they were looking for someone, if I would recommend someone,” Jane testified.

At the party, Jane told the jury she witnessed the rapper and his girlfriend watching another escort, Antoine, have sex with a woman.

Jane and Combs had hired Antoine to participate in “freak-offs” with them on multiple occasions, she previously testified.

Jane spoke with Antoine at the party, and he mentioned to her that he had an ongoing relationship with the unnamed rapper and his girlfriend and that he traveled around with them, she told jurors Thursday.

Combs later grew “upset” that Jane attended the sex party, or “freak-off,” she testified.

“And that’s when he said, ‘I can’t believe you went to another man’s ‘freak-off,’ right?” Combs’ lawyer, Teny Geragos, asked Jane.

“Right,” Jane coolly answered.

West didn’t respond when asked outside the courthouse if he’s the world-famous rapper name-dropped in Jane’s shocking testimony.

Combs, 55, has pleaded not guilty to sex trafficking and racketeering charges.

He faces up to life in prison if convicted.
