Kate Middleton hits a winner at Wimbledon yesterday in a lovely pleated Temperley Moraiah dress.

The royal newlywed didn’t break a sweat in the 90-degree heat and exuded elegance in the $1,200 number.

She and Prince William saw Britain’s top player, Andy Murray, beat Frenchman Richard Gasquet in straight sets.

Murray bowed to the royal couple after the win and chatted with them briefly.

“If I’d known they were coming, I would have shaved,” he said. “I was thinking to myself as I came off, ‘I was sweaty and very hairy.’ I said to them, ‘I’m sorry. I’m a bit sweaty.’ “
