Kerry Kennedy has told prosecutors to forget about offering her a plea deal in a driving-while-drugged case — and now will ask a judge to dismiss it, it was revealed yesterday.

Kennedy’s legal team will claim the charge is invalid because the ex-wife of Gov. Cuomo last July accidentally took an Ambien pill before her crash — instead of her thyroid medication as she intended.
