The snooty Kennedy kid who was busted for disorderly conduct along with her dad at a raucous house party in Massachusetts over the summer will dodge the rap if she enters a counseling program, officials said Tuesday.

Caroline Rose Kennedy, the daughter of Max Kennedy and granddaughter of the late Robert F. Kennedy, was set to be arraigned Wednesday but has agreed to enter a pretrial “diversion program” offered to first-time offenders facing minor charges, authorities told the Associated Press.

If Caroline Kennedy, 22, successfully completes the program, which includes community service, the case against her will be dismissed.

When she and her dad were cuffed on Cape Cod on Aug. 20 and cops asked her to take a Breathalyzer, Caroline retorted, “No. I’m drunk. I know that,” according to police.

She also allegedly stuck her tongue out at the officers, told them to “f–k off’’ and said, “I went to Brown, and I’m a teacher, sweetheart!’’

Prosecutors already dismissed the disorderly conduct charge against her dad, although he had to pony up a $150 fine for a noise violation.
