Kevin Spacey has been seen for the first time since he was rushed to a hospital in Uzbekistan after experiencing numbness in his arm and fearing a heart attack.

The “American Beauty” star appeared to be relaxed as he emerged from Oswald’s, a private members’ club in Mayfair, West London, on Thursday evening — just 48 hours after the scare, the Sun reported.

Spacey, 64, was smiling as he left the venue wearing a sports jacket over a white cardigan and a baseball cap bearing the tongue-in-cheek slogan “Out Of Office,” photos published by the outlet show.

The former “House of Cards” star is reported to be eagerly seeking new roles since being acquitted of sex assault charges in London earlier this summer.

Spacey underwent an MRI scan after Monday’s incident, which occurred during the 15th Tashkent International Film Festival, but doctors gave him the all-clear, the Sun said Wednesday.

“He was treated professionally by doctors and staff and found to have no problem with his heart,” a source told the outlet.

Spacey returned to the festival and appeared on stage that night, telling the crowd his health was “normal.”

“It made me really take a moment and think about how fragile life is — for all of us,” the Oscar winner told the audience, explaining that he wanted to shake off the numbness but his group advised him to get checked.
