Every young couple needs a starter home — even if it’s an eight-digit fixer-upper.

Expectant parents Kim Kardashian and Kanye West shelled out $11 million for this luxurious mansion, which they’re renovating in Los Angeles’ filthy-rich, super-private Bel Air neighborhood, according to sources close to the couple.

They’ve already started to gut the 10,000-square-foot house for a total redesign. The new palace is to include Italian-style villas, a gym, a movie theater, bowling alley, basketball court, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a nursery. Oh, and there will be full hair and makeup salons for the new mom.
