Lawyers for accused ­Nxivm cult leader Keith Raniere claim the feds are hoarding statements from his alleged sex slaves that threaten the case against him.

“These witnesses provided information which contradicts the factual allegations and theory of the prosecution,” Raniere lawyer Mark Agnifilo wrote in court papers filed Tuesday.

The filing also accuses the government of trying to convince the women that they were victimized and manipulated by Raniere and “Smallville” actress-turned-accused-slave-master Allison Mack.

“When confronted with these accounts . . . that no illegal conduct took place, the government attempted to ‘convince’ these witnesses to the contrary,’’ the filing says.

Raniere and Mack are facing trial in Brooklyn federal court. Prosecutors have yet to respond to the filing.
