LeBron James is taking his talents back to the campaign trail.
The Los Angeles Lakers star will stump for Democratic running mates Joe Biden and Kamala Harris ahead of Election Day, he confirmed in a soon-to-air interview.
“For sure,” James, 35, said when asked on VICE TV’s “Stick to Sports” whether he would campaign for the Biden-Harris ticket, according to a clip obtained by TMZ. “I think what’s known don’t need to be said.”
James told hosts Jemele Hill and Cari Champion, “We are at a time where we need change. In order for change [to occur] it’s all about leadership — and leadership starts at the top.”
James — whose Lakers dropped Game 1 of their NBA playoff series to the Portland Blazers on Tuesday night — previously threw his 6-foot-9, 250-pound frame behind Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton in 2016.
He and President Trump have publicly traded barbs throughout the past four years.
The entirety of James’ interview airs Wednesday at 10 p.m.
