A Little Caesars employee was attacked by a man in a demon mask — and defended himself by shooting the creep dead, Florida police said.

Heriberto Feliciano, 28, was leaving the shop after closing up just before midnight Saturday when a man in a terrifying mask lunged at him with a wooden post, according to a Holly Hill police report.

The attacker — who was identified by cops Tuesday as Jesse Coggins — smacked Feliciano in the face and shoulder until the wood splintered, and then tried to stab him with a pair of scissors, according to the report.

Officers said Feliciano pulled out his concealed gun and shot the deranged attacker four or five times at close range.

Coggins, 53, was pronounced dead at Halifax Medical Center. His last known address was in North Carolina, and he didn’t have an arrest record in Florida, police said. His motive remains unclear.

Feliciano has had trouble sleeping since the attack, his dad told Channel 9. He is scheduled to meet with detectives Tuesday.
