PR princess Lizzie Grubman quietly reached a settlement Thursday in a lawsuit filed by her former chauffeur-bodyguard, who claimed she stiffed him while she battled money woes.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but Tomas Gonzalez, 62, had told The Post the powerhouse publicist owned him $400,000.

“She took me for a ride,” He griped in a 2011 interview.

Grubman’s lawyer declined to comment, and Gonzalez’s lawyer didn’t return phone messages.
