Justin Timberlake is trying to keep police body cam footage of his embarrassing Hamptons drunk driving bust under wraps, according to newly filed court records.
The 45-year-old “SexyBack” singer filed a complaint in Suffolk County Supreme Court on Monday in an attempt to block release of the video from his June 18, 2024 arrest, claiming that making the clip public would be “an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.

Mango“Public dissemination of this footage would cause severe and irreparable harm to [Timberlake’s] personal and professional reputation, subject [Timberlake] to public ridicule and harassment, and serve no legitimate public interest,” the document said.
Timberlake, who was in the middle of a world tour at the time, was partying at the posh American Hotel in Sag Harbor when he was nabbed by cops and hit with a charge of driving while intoxicated.
Witnesses said the pop star and actor even nabbed another patron’s drink at the upscale watering hole before he was busted for running a stop sign in the popular waterfront village.
According to a criminal complaint, he told cops he had “one martini and I followed my friends home.” He allegedly refused a sobriety test.

Prosecutors had agreed to let the pop star walk with a slap on the wrist and an apology on Sept. 13, 2024, but Irace said it wasn’t enough.
“This proposal literally allows the accused to say a few words and walk out the door with no period of accountability,” the judge said.
Surveillance footage shows Timberlake’s BMW driving through Sag Harbor the night of the incident. Hamptons.comInstead, Timberlake was ordered to perform 25 hours of community service at a nonprofit of his choosing and pay a $500 fine.
His driver’s license was suspended for 90 days and he did still have to issue a public statement.
“This is a mistake that I made, but I’m hoping that whoever is watching and listening right now can learn from this mistake,” he said as he left the courthouse after sentencing.
“Even one drink — don’t get behind the wheel of the car.”
Timberlake is now trying to tie up some loose ends and save face by keeping the footage sealed.
