A Long Island was killed when his car split in half, catapulting him from the wreck after he veered off the Northern State Parkway on Monday, cops said.

Salvatore Sparacino IV, 29, was apparently speeding and driving erratically when he crashed his 2010 Volkswagen EOS near the New Highway overpass in Smithtown at about 8:30 p.m. on Monday, authorities said.
