A once-deported Guatemalan stepdad with an ICE detainer has been convicted of years of “unimaginable” sexual abuse against his 6-year-old stepdaughter on Long Island.

The 40-year-old creep, whose name is being concealed by officials to protect the victim, would wait for the little girl’s mother to leave their Riverhead home for work at 3:30 a.m. before pouncing on her.

The mother ran the early bird shift at a deli six days per week.

He carried the girl into his bed each morning and abused the poor child for around two hours each day before leaving for work at 5:30 a.m., according to the DA’s office, which said the heinous assaults began in 2014 when the victim, who was just 6, and her mother moved in with the stepdad.

“What this child went through in her own home is unimaginable,” Suffolk County District Attorney Ray Tierney said.

The horrific abuse carried on for five years — as the trusting girl was too young to understand what was taking place.

She only realized when a school social worker gave a presentation on the difference between good and bad touching — when she was a nine-year-old in the fourth grade.

Although the girl started telling her stepfather to stop, the abuse lingered on until 2019 as he began threatening her.

The little girl also feared that speaking up would destroy the family.

The stepdad had already been deported from the US back in 2006. It is unclear when he made his way back into the country.

By 2023, the stepdad was no longer living with the mother and her daughter, but the trauma had noticeably interfered with her daily life and school.

The girl finally vocalized the abuse to her mom and they eventually told the Southampton Town Police Department that same year. The stepdad was arrested shortly after.

“It’s because of her bravery and strength that my office was able to obtain justice for her and her family today,” said Tierney.

The suspect was convicted on Wednesday for sexual conduct against a child and faces up to 25 years in prison.

He will be sentenced on Feb. 4, and after serving his punishment will be returned to ICE custody.
