Police say he really was lovin’ it.

A New York man was charged with disorderly conduct after using the Wi-Fi at a McDonald’s in Pennsylvania to watch porn on his tablet, PennLive.com reports.

Todd McMillan, 61, of Bay Shore, was charged after the incident on Thursday at a McDonald’s in West Hanover Township. McMillian allegedly pulled out his computer and visited a pornographic site – and police say this isn’t the first time he’s been accused of watching racy footage in the restaurant.

Management at the McDonald’s had previously told McMillan to stop accessing porn using the restaurant’s Wi-Fi.
