A Florida man was jailed for allegedly stabbing a woman in the head over an undercooked baked potato, according to local reports.

Kenneth Crumpton, 36, was arrested on a charge of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon after being accused of using a fork to stab the unidentified victim, Action News Jax reported, citing Florida’s Nassau County Sheriff’s Office.

Police say Crumpton attacked the woman apparently because his baked potato was not cooked to his liking, according to the news outlet.

But Crumpton denied stabbing the woman and instead said that he threw the fork at her and it “glanced off her head,” according to an arrest report obtained by Action News Jax.

The victim, who suffered multiple stab wounds and had blood gushing from her head, refused treatment at the scene.
