A paralyzed Canadian man was able to crawl to a phone to call for help — using only his chin and tongue.

Andrew Cho, 29, was alone in his Vancouver apartment when a blood vessel burst in his spine and he collapsed to the floor on Jan. 6, according to sources.

His iPhone fell just a few inches from his face and he was able to crawl that distance with his chin and then use his tongue to dial 911. Doctors are hoping he makes a full recovery.
