The man accused of shooting up a New Hampshire wedding earlier this month was busted for attacking his lawyer in jail on Monday, a report said.

Dale Holloway, 37, allegedly attacked attorney Michael Davidow at the Hillsborough House of Corrections in Manchester, New Hampshire, CNN reported.

Davidow suffered a serious head injury in the attack, according to the report.

Holloway was in jail for allegedly opening fire at a wedding in Pelham, New Hampshire, on Oct. 12.

Holloway shot both 60-year-old Claire McMullen and 75-year-old Stanely Choate, who was hit in the chest in the wedding shooting, CNN reported.
