An Arizona man posted a list of home addresses for various current and former government officials on the Internet, law-enforcement sources told The Post Wednesday.

The list includes ex-Mayor Rudy Giuliani and his kids, along with scores of high-ranking figures at the FBI, CIA and Department of Homeland Security.

Federal investigators believe they know the culprit.
