Manchester suicide bomber Salman Abedi spoke with his younger brother by phone 15 minutes before the deadly attack, it emerged Friday — as authorities said they’ve arrested a “large part of the network.”

Hashim Abedi told investigators in Tripoli, Libya — where he and his father Ramadan were arrested Tuesday — that he was aware of his brother’s terror plot, CNN said.
