A married hotel CEO from Michigan allegedly groped and tried to kiss a female employee during a Justin Timberlake concert — and then tried to pay her off to stay quiet, a new lawsuit claims.

Stephanie Starling, 38, accused Amerilodge Group CEO Asad Malik of sliding his hand up her thigh and squeezing her behind when he treated employees to VIP tickets to the pop star’s Detroit concert on Feb. 20.

Starling – who was a hotel manager at the time – claims she was fired after outing the CEO’s alleged behavior, according to court papers obtained by the Detroit Free Press.

She alleges the exec first begged to lock lips with her while they were in the Little Caesars Arena’s concession area, saying he “bet it would be a good kiss too,” according to court papers obtained by the Detroit Free Press.

Malik then allegedly slid into a booth next to Starling and put his hands on her thigh and backside, the suit charges.

After escaping to the bathroom and avoiding the CEO for the remainder of the night, Starling alleges her boss later drove her to an area close to one of the company’s hotels and then told her: “Time for that kiss.”

When the mom-of-three rejected the apparent advances, Malik allegedly responded: “What do you mean you CAN’T?”

Starling claims she threatened to walk back in the snow if he didn’t drive her to the hotel so she could get her brother to pick her up.

Her boyfriend ended up coming to get her at the hotel. 

“(She) cried the entire ride home and was unable to work the next day,” the court papers state.

Starling filed a HR complaint two days later and an independent probe was launched, according to the suit.

Weeks later, the employee said she asked for an update because coworkers were gossiping about the allegations.

Starling alleges her work email was abruptly cut off on March 12 when she told a supervisor she was overwhelmed by the stress.

She claims she received an email the following day, noting the company was upholding [her] resignation.”

But her lawsuit insists that “Starling never resigned” and that she was “terminated” instead.  

Starling, who worked for the company for eight years, alleges Amerilodge later told her they couldn’t substantiate her claims because there were no witnesses.

Lawyers then allegedly whipped out “an offer of settlement in exchange for a waiver of her claims against Amerilodge and CEO Malik,” which Starling said she refused to sign.   

The company, which manages some hotels under the Hilton and Marriott brands, told the outlet it wouldn’t discuss Starling’s allegations.

“We do not comment on pending litigation,” a spokesperson said.
