DENVER — Theater-massacre suspect James Holmes’ lawyers say they might withdraw his insanity plea after they see the results of his mental evaluation.

The claim was made in a motion filed Tuesday on behalf of Holmes, 25, charged with killing 12 and injuring 17, while firing into a crowded movie theater last July.
