So-called “Ketamine Queen” Jasveen Sangha has issued a groveling apology hours before she is due to be sentenced Wednesday for supplying the drugs that killed “Friends” star Matthew Perry.

“There are no excuses for what I did,” the 42-year-old dealer told the Sun from her Los Angeles jail cell.

“I am deeply sorry for the pain I caused, especially to Matthew’s family.  Their loss is unimaginable and permanent.”

Sangha is one of five people who have pleaded guilty in connection with Perry’s 2023 overdose — but the only one whose plea deal included an acknowledgment of causing the troubled star’s death.

She faces up to 65 years in prison, but prosecutors have asked for 15 years as part of the deal.

Members of Perry’s family are expected to speak in court Wednesday before the sentencing.

“I take full responsibility for my actions and the role I played in the events that led to this tragedy,” Sangha, a dual US-UK citizen, told the Sun.

“I understand that my conduct — operating a drug business and continuing down that path — was reckless, dangerous, and wrong.” 

She said she “can’t undo the past” but insists she is trying to change her ways, helping other inmates in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Detention Centre battle addiction and has taken up yoga and meditation.

Her lawyers previously claimed she had been a model inmate who led Narcotics Anonymous meetings.

Prosecutors want Sangha to receive a 15-year prison sentence, calling her a “Ketamine Queen” who had an elaborate drug operation catering to high-end clients to give herself a jet-setting lifestyle.

“She didn’t care and kept selling,” they claimed in court docs, seen by ABC News.

“Defendant’s actions show a cold callousness and disregard for life. She chose profits over people, and her actions have caused immense pain to the victims’ families and loved ones.”

She will be the third person sentenced out of the five who pleaded guilty in connection with Perry’s 2023 death. 

Perry, who played Chandler Bing in the hit NBC sitcom, turned to the drug as a legal off-label treatment for depression but wanted more than doctors would prescribe. 

He was found dead in the hot tub at his Los Angeles home. The medical examiner ruled that ketamine, typically used as a surgical anesthetic, was the primary cause of death.

Dr. Salvador Plasencia was sentenced to two-and-a-half years in prison after admitting to repeatedly selling to Perry.

Sangha sold Perry 25 vials of ketamine, including the fatal dose, for $6,000 in cash just four days before his death, according to prosecutors.

She pleaded guilty to one count of using her home for drug distribution, three counts of distribution of ketamine and one count of distribution of ketamine resulting in death.

A dual US-UK citizen, Sangha moved from England to the US at age 3, and when she was around age 10, her family settled in Southern California.
