National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster has ordered federal government officials to warn their employees about the evils of leaking — according to a memo that was leaked to a news Web site.

In the memo, obtained by BuzzFeed News, ­McMaster asks that every department hold hourlong training sessions next week on “unauthorized disclosures” of classified and some unclassified information.
