Three different kinds of medication, two cellphones and a planner were among the items taken from actor Gene Hackman’s New Mexico home after he, his wife and a dog were found dead there Wednesday.

Sheriff’s deputies seized the green phones along with Tylenol, a thyroid medication and Diltiazem, which is used to treat high blood pressure, according to the search warrant’s inventory list released on Friday.

Medical records from MyQuest, a patient portal from Quest Diagnostics, and a 2025 planner were also taken.

Hackman, 95, and his wife, classical pianist Betsy Arakawa, 65, and one of their German Shepherds were found by maintenance workers Wednesday afternoon in the couple’s multi-million dollar olive green stucco home in Santa Fe.

An open prescription pill bottle and pills were scattered around the room where Arakawa was found, according to authorities.

It was not clear who the seized medications belonged to and if they were the ones found near Arakawa.

Hackman was discovered in what police believe was the mudroom.

Officers said that it appeared he had “suddenly fallen.”

The couple were likely dead for several days if not weeks, Sheriff Adan Mendoza said Friday. Arakawa’s body was discovered mummified and bloated.

The maintenance workers hadn’t seen the couple in about two weeks, police wrote in an affidavit.

Police don’t suspect foul play but said the deaths were suspicious enough to require a search and investigation, which is continuing with autopsy and toxicology reports underway.

Fire department officials have ruled out a carbon monoxide leak.

The “Bonnie and Clyde” actor was in good health and kept up with yoga and Pilates, according to his family, and was kept to a “strict diet” by his wife.

The pair was married for 34 years.
