A dozen people were injured –including ten special needs children–in a school bus accident in Queens this morning, officials said.

The crash occurred on the Long Island Expressway service road when a Chrysler minivan cut in front of the school bus as it was turning right onto Brown Place at 7:15 a.m., authorities said.

The victims were rushed to Elmhurst Hospital for observation. All the injuries were minor.

No criminality is suspected.
