Accused terrorist wannabe Faisal Shahzad was slapped yesterday with a 10-count indictment that says his fizzled plot to blow up Times Square with a crude car bomb was paid for by Pakistani militants.

A Manhattan federal grand jury added five counts to the government’s case.

They include conspiracy to use a weapon of mass destruction, with allegations that the Times Square plot was financed by someone in Pakistan who Shahzad “understood worked for Tehrik-e-Taliban,” a terror group closely allied with al Qaeda.

On Feb. 25, Shahzad allegedly “received $5,000 in cash in Massachusetts” sent from the co-conspirator, followed by another $7,000 sent at the co-conspirator’s direction.

The indictment says Shahzad used the cash to purchase a 9-mm Kel-Tec rifle, a prepaid cellphone, explosive materials and the used Nissan Pathfinder he allegedly tried to ignite near on Broadway near 45th Street.
