A Manhattan judge yesterday tore into a man who will do 10 years in prison for drunkenly torching a stairwell in Hell’s Kitchen after being booted from a party.

“Defendant’s acts nearly produced an enormous calamity,” Supreme Court Justice Edward McLaughlin said of Daniel Phillips.
