Cops seized 40 pounds of heroin worth $10 million, a handgun and $38,000 in cash and jewelry from two Bronx drug dealers, authorities said yesterday.

Andy Moscat, 28, and Francisco Ramirez, 41, were busted last Saturday at 11:30 a.m. when they picked up drugs from a Bronx apartment building, according to Special Narcotics Prosecutor Bridget Brennan.
