An 11-year-old boy was struck by a hit-and-run driver in Queens on Monday night, cops said.

The child was riding his bike on Healy Avenue in Far Rockaway, Queens, around 7:40 p.m. when he was struck by a black sedan at Dickens Street, according to police.

The boy was taken to Long Island Jewish Medical Center in critical condition.

The driver of the sedan fled the scene and cops were on the lookout for him or her Monday night.
