A Queens baby sitter accused of shaking a crying 3-month-old boy so hard during the blizzard of December 2010 that he died a week later copped a plea yesterday.

Ana Delarosa, 27, is to be sentenced Aug. 1 to 11 years in prison and deportation to her native Mexico for causing the death of Addison Reynoso-Xoyatla.
