A creep stalked, photographed and groped a 12-year-old girl in The Bronx — but was busted when she later saw him on the street and called the cops, police and sources said Sunday.

Xavier Rodriguez allegedly accosted the preteen at West 193rd Street and Jerome Avenue in Fordham Manor at around 5:20 p.m. Wednesday, cops said.

Rodriguez, 24, first followed the girl from behind, snapping photos of her, authorities said.

When the girl realized she was being tailed, Rodriguez grabbed her rear and took off running along Jerome Avenue, according to officials.

Sometime later, the girl spotted her assailant as he walked down the street and called the cops, sources said.

Rodriguez, who lives on nearby West Kingsbridge Road, was arrested at around 5:15 p.m. Sunday on charges of sex abuse and forcible touching, according to authorities.

He was awaiting arraignment in Bronx Criminal Court.
