A 12-year-old boy was found wandering near a Brooklyn highway last night after being stabbed several times, officials said.

A passerby spotted the boy, whose name wasn’t released, at around 9:10 p.m. walking away from Highland Park near the Jackie Robinson Parkway in Cypress Hills, sources said.

The victim had at least one stab wound to his chest and another to his back, authorities. He was rushed to Jamaica Hospital in serious condition, cops said.

He knew his attacker, the sources said. No arrests have been made.
