A seething Manhattan judge slapped a geriatric stickup artist with a 12-year prison term yesterday and dismissed his rickety condition as grounds for mercy.

“The fact that you are old and may die in prison is a matter of indifference to me, given your record and how you’ve chosen to live,” hissed federal Judge Colleen McMahon to 70-year-old crook John Stolarz.

“Johnny Shades,” whose rap sheet dates to 1959, was shot by police during a comically botched Midtown bank robbery in October 2010 after a low-speed foot chase through Penn Station.

In a futile plea for leniency, Stolarz yesterday recited items from his bucket list — including “the companionship of a woman.”
