A swarm of 12,000 bees that infested a Bronx block was boxed up and relocated to Connecticut yesterday, authorities said.

“This is what they call swarm season,” said Andrew Cote of the NYC Beekeepers Association, who removed the Melrose bees. “There’s nothing to fear.”
