Thirteen of New York’s Finest were hospitalized after a fire broke out in a Bronx apartment building, police said Wednesday.

The blaze broke out in a six-story apartment building — and spread to two floors — at Baychester Avenue and Nereid Avenue in Wakefield just after 11 p.m. Tuesday, according to police.

Nearly 100 people were evacuated during the blaze, which spread to the second and third floors, police said.

Investigators are probing whether an unattended candle was the cause of the blaze, police sources said.

The cops were treated at a nearby hospital for smoke inhalation along with at least one civilian who was treated for asthma, according to police.

All suffered minor injuries and were later released, police added.
