A 14-year-old boy was shot in the leg and a 23-year-old man blasted in the gut in the lobby of a Bronx apartment building Tuesday morning, cops said.

The pair was wounded just before 10:30 a.m. inside 985 Simpson St., police said. The boy ran outside after being shot, cops said.

Both victims were taken to Lincoln Hospital by private means. The teen was in stable condition, and the man’s condition was unknown, police said.

A firearm was recovered, cops said.

The teen has a history of robbery and grand-larceny arrests, law-enforcement sources said.

The motive for the shooting was not immediately known.
