An ailing, aging hedge-fund fraudster who revels at his nickname — “the Mini Madoff” — may soon get to meet his inspiration.

Arthur Nadel, 77, was slapped yesterday with a 14-year prison term for his $168 million scam.

At the defense team’s request, the judge agreed to recommend that Nadel be sent to a medical unit in the same North Carolina complex where Ponzi monster Bernard Madoff is serving a 150-year sentence.
