A 15-month-old boy was critically hurt when an unknown gunman opened fire on the child’s Hudson Valley home, police said.

The terrifying episode unfolded Friday night at a house on Holmes Street in Monticello, roughly two hours north of Manhattan in Sullivan County.

A mysterious shooter approached the single-family home just after 10 p.m., unleashing “multiple rounds … from the outside and into” the house, according to Lt. Mark Johnstone of the Village of Monticello Police Department.

The baby, along with his 20-year-old mom and a man, 27, were struck, police said.

Authorities did not specify the injuries but said the boy was flown by Medevac to Westchester Medical Center.

The young mom and the man were rushed by ambulance to Garnet Orange Medical Center, where the man was listed in stable condition, Johnstone said. The woman was treated and released, he said.

“No suspect information is available at this time,” Johnstone said.

State police are working with Monticello Police in the investigation, he said, adding that the Sullivan County District Attorney’s Office and Sullivan County Sheriff’s office, were among those who assisted.

At least one neighbor was taken aback by the chilling shootings.

“It’s usually pretty quiet, pretty safe,” said Conrad Campbell, 49, who lives on the block but was not home at the time the bullets were flying. Campbell said he did not know the victims.

Another neighbor who answered a call placed by a Post reporter shouted, “Oh no!” before hanging up the phone.
