A 16-year-old boy was shot and killed in East Harlem on Saturday, apparently over a bag of drugs, cops said.
The NYPD has video that shows the teen grabbing a baggie that appeared to contain narcotics out of another male’s hand around 3 p.m. on East 124th Street in the Wagner Houses, police said Sunday.

GastonThe person who was holding the bag then pulls out a gun and shoots teen Jamere Chapman of nearby East 122nd Street in the stomach, cops said.
EMS responded and transported Jamere to Harlem Hospital where he was declared dead, cops said.
There were no immediate arrests.
