Someone either hates the environment, or really didn’t want to pay for parking.

Cops found 18 parking meter solar panels “intentionally damaged with an unknown object” near Nostrand Avenue in southern Brooklyn Friday afternoon, NYPD said.

Officers got word of the vandalized meters — which rely on the solar panels for power — at around 2:30 p.m.

The destroyed meters were all found in the confines of the 61st Precinct, which includes the neighborhoods of Sheepshead Bay, Gerritsen Beach and Gravesend.

The total damage will cost the city $14,000 to repair, cops said.
