A psycho stalker who made a Manhattan woman’s life a complete hell — following her around the country for nearly two decades as she tried to escape him — was sentenced to eight years in federal prison, authorities announced yesterday.

Moses Shepard, 47, met Linda Arnaud, 45, at a Manhattan running club in 1992 and took her on one date — an innocent stroll through Central Park.

She turned him down for a second date, and Shepard became unhinged — terrorizing the woman and her family for the next 18 years.

“I was terrified of him,” Arnaud told The Post in January.
