A dog-walker accused of scrawling scores of swastikas around his Brooklyn Heights neighborhood and harboring an arsenal of homemade bombs in his apartment will spend 18 years in prison after pleading guilty yesterday.

Ivaylo Ivanov, 39, who is Jewish, said when he was busted two years ago that he spray-painted the hateful symbols in order to increase the police presence in the neighborhood.

But his lawyer said yesterday Ivanov was actually trying to stir sympathy for Jews.

Whatever the goal, Ivanov left a rash of swastikas and leaflets reading, “Kill all the Jews” in the area.
