A 19-year-old woman told cops she was raped in Riverside Park on the Upper West Side early today, police sources said.

The woman said the attack happened at about 2:30 a.m. near a tree close to Dinosaur Playground, which is between West 96th and 97th Streets and Riverside Drive in Manhattan, the sources said.

She was taken to St. Luke’s Hospital in stable condition.
