$1M bank ‘scam’
Two men were charged with creating $1 million worth of forged checks from a Manhattan bank in an elaborate scam, The Post has learned.
Niaheem Crandall, 34, who worked for Bank of New York, secretly accessed 200 check images and sold them to Ahmed Salaam, 24, who used them for his own “criminal activity,” court papers allege.
