Two men have been arrested for executing an NYPD cop’s brother, who was trying to protect his dad during a botched robbery at their Queens home, authorities said yesterday.

Rashad Cowan, 30 and Jason Burrell, 37, were charged with the coldblooded killing of Gerardo Antoniello in Ozone Park.

The suspects allegedly set on Antoniello’s father after he returned home from work at Romeo’s Pizzeria on Sept. 9.

When the victim heard the commotion, he raced to help his cancer-stricken father and was shot execution style. The thieves fled empty-handed.

DNA evidence from a home-invasion robbery just four days earlier — in which one of Antoniello’s relatives was a victim –linked one of the suspects to the scene, sources said.

Cowan and Burrell face a slew of charges, including criminal possession of a weapon, attempted robbery, and burglary, as well as robbery for the earlier incident.

It was not clear who pulled the trigger or if any other suspects are being sought. The suspects were picked up Tuesday.
